Process was a smooth transaction. Bag was received just as pictured. The only problem I had was that I wish the leaves wasn't sitting on top of the gold plate but was raised more like the authentic one. I wish something else was different like the back of the bag instead of the front NEAR the plate. However nice bag for the price! : )

I've had this bag for 3 years and it still looks brand new. The gold hardware is still immaculate and the zipper still functions well with no issues. The leather itself is great, easy to clean no smell to it and real!! The bag hasn't lost shape and I still get compliments. I really love this bag and have bought over 10 items from ebuypurse, they're quality is amazing.
