I just received my LV Galliera PM and I'm thrilled. It's beautiful, the canvas it soft and the inside is just a beautiful as the outside. I LOVE IT!!!!! This is my first purchase but definitely not my last. Thank you for such a good product. I did not receive the care booklet or the card that should have been in the envelope. Would still like to receive them. I know my purses and this one rocks! Thanks for making my day.

I don't know what the person is saying the linings not not parallell. Maybe the bag has been updated because my bag is good. I love this bag, 90% of the details are correct, it is mirror quality on the outside and the dust bag is perfect. My only complaints are that the receipt came kind of beat up and some typos on it, as well as the a very very tiny glue error in the rim. Totally not noticable unless you are inspecting it and I am a picky person. But because of this wouldn't recommend gifting these products so I had to give 4 stars. However going to definitely buy again.
