This is the first bag I ordered from this site. I have a list of high-end clientele from coast to coast that order from me. Prior to using buy i had another supplier who i had been loyal too for years! However, the level of quality began to diminish and the made promises and never followed through! Since discovering ebuy i no longer use my former supplier. I love the level of customer service you receive from this site. They are very transparent with their opinions and will not sell you anything they do not believe in just to make money! My last supplier was like that! They would take the money and apologize on the backend when you complained or were dissatisfied. for this bag i asked for the very best quality they had. Lo and behold they have 2 versions with 2 different grades. One more expensive than the other. One with better craftsmanship and original Chanel Leather. Needless to say i ordered the top tier version. I had it dropped ship directly to my client. She LOVED IT!! My client raved about the quality and said she has the original bag and it was on point!! Since then I have ordered 2 more Chanels for my client and received the same results and feedback! I am indeed a loyal customer!!
